Owner Tom Jones was born and raised in Chico,ca. Started his first business in 1979 at the age of 13, then got into the art and framing business two years later, and now nearly forty years later still enjoys creating one of a king masterpiece works of art for his customers. An  award winning picture framer who enjoys what he does and takes pride in his job.
