The Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Facilities Director and works closely with all departments @the Grounds. This Maintenance Manager is responsible for routine maintenance, operation, and function of all equipment located within the @the Grounds campus, including but not limited to inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.  This position must have experience and knowledge of painting, and masonry work in order to maintain the interior and exterior of the @the Grounds Campus. This position will assist the Facility Director with enforcing policy and procedures with clients, tenants, and contractors.  This is a hands-on position that will manage maintenance upkeep per Facility Director.
