We’re Hiring! Equine Program Assistant – Circle T Ranch
Circle T Ranch is seeking a hardworking, dependable, and outgoing Equine Program Assistant to assist with our horseback riding program serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference while working outdoors with horses in a fun, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with horseback riding activities and client support.
Groom, tack, and handle horses safely.
Lead horses during lessons and activities.
Clean stalls, arenas, and barn areas as needed.
Prepare horses and equipment before and after sessions.
Help provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for participants.
Qualifications:
Hardworking with a positive, can-do attitude.
Outgoing and enjoys working with people of all abilities.
Comfortable working around horses and handling them safely.
Enjoys being outdoors for several hours in varying weather conditions.
Able to walk for extended periods.
Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Must have reliable transportation.
Horse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a great attitude and is eager to learn.
Schedule:
Part-time hours.
Must be available to work Saturdays.
Additional weekday hours available based on program needs.
