Jessup’s School of Education (SOE) has a vision to take on the vital cause of promoting and developing places where children can receive an education in safety. To assist local schools and educators in this effort, Jessup’s SOE is providing a comprehensive School Safety Conference on October 19, 2024. The Safety Conference is designed to give educators tools and products based on three different phases of a crisis. The School Safety Conference Schedule is built around the three phases of a crisis on campus: developing a preparedness plan, action during the crisis, and the vital (and often overlooked) after-action care plan when students and teachers return to campus. Every school administrator, school safety team, campus resource officer, and key teacher should attend this conference.
