Party on the Preserve

Description

Join Placer Land Trust for an outdoor fall festival at the beautiful Laursen Bear River Preserve! This family-friendly event will start with an optional hike, games, live music, a food truck, and more! You’ll also get a chance to check out some of the auction items being auctioned off online. And you won’t want to miss the short program where we’ll share our latest conservation projects and celebrate Sarah Jones, the recipient of the 2026 Placer Conservator Award!

Tickets: You choose your price! We want this event to be accessible to all, so there is no set ticket price. If you’re able, please consider making a donation at whatever level is meaningful to you.

4:30-5:30: Check-in 

4:30-5:45: Family-friendly activities 

5:00: Bella Familia Wood Fired Pizza opens for food purchases (you can also bring your own picnic) 

5:45: Short program  

6:00-8:00: Live music and danceable tunes with Artemis Arthur and the Messengers 

8:00: Event ends, drive safe!
